About the author
Paul Dorrian, born in Kilwinning, Scotland, is a successful local and international management consultant, author and teacher in the areas of strategy, marketing and organisational effectiveness. He has a special interest in customer service, and has advised many organisations across the business spectrum both in South Africa and overseas. He is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK. He is the author of several successful books, including Intensive Customer Care, Marketing Magic and The Making of South Africa Inc. Dancing with the Customer is his fifth book.
